Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you access or use BuildView, including its customer portal, project imagery, timelapse tools and related services. BuildView is operated by Myriad Monitor Limited. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

You must provide accurate information, keep your login details secure and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless caused by our failure to protect the service.

Customers and authorised users remain responsible for the images, text, logos, documents and other material they upload or instruct us to capture. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for that material and for its intended use.

Image capture depends on power, camera operation, site conditions and internet or mobile connectivity. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, BuildView is not a continuous CCTV monitoring service and is not a substitute for site security, safety supervision or statutory record keeping.

Preview and final videos are generated from available project images and selected settings. Results may vary where images are missing, obscured, corrupted or affected by weather, lighting, movement or connectivity. You should review any video before publication.

Automated tools may assist with identifying faces, number plates or other material that may require review. They do not guarantee detection. The customer remains responsible for deciding whether material can lawfully be used, shared or published.

We aim to keep BuildView available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may maintain, update, suspend or change parts of the service where reasonably necessary.

Charges, minimum terms, equipment arrangements and cancellation rights are set out in your quotation, order or service agreement. Those agreed commercial terms take priority if they conflict with this general page.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost opportunity or loss arising from reliance on BuildView as a security, safety or compliance system.

We may suspend or end access where payment is overdue, these terms are seriously breached, use creates a security or legal risk, or the relevant project or agreement has ended.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply.
