BuildView is primarily supplied through builder partners. Your builder may be able to include the service in the project at a different overall price or as part of a wider client package.
Why the direct price is higher
Direct homeowner projects include the additional sales, coordination and service responsibility that a builder partner would normally handle. The pricing is intentionally structured so BuildView does not compete with its own trade customers.
Optional BuildView Security
Check the site as well as the build.
On managed-mobile projects, BuildView Security can add customer live view and local event recording using the same professional camera system.
Direct homeowner Security starts at £25 per month including VAT. The standard system uses 256GB local storage, with a 512GB upgrade available where longer local retention is required.
