Data retention

Project image retention is determined by the customer agreement, project status, storage allowance and any agreed archive period. Imagery may be removed after the service or retention period ends.

Completed videos and production files may be retained while the project remains active and for an agreed period afterwards. Customers should download final material they need for permanent records.

Account, support and enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to operate the service, protect security, resolve disputes and meet legal or accounting requirements.

Deleted information may remain in protected backups for a limited period until those backups are overwritten. Backups are not used as a customer archive service.

We may retain relevant information for longer where required by law, a dispute, an investigation or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
