BuildView is trade-led. Builders receive partner rates designed for resale, while direct homeowner projects remain available at premium VAT-inclusive prices.
For builders and developers
Choose between customer-provided wired broadband and BuildView-managed connectivity. The managed option includes local Wi-Fi from the BuildView router, with LTE used as the primary connection or as backup to suitable site broadband.
Customer-provided wired broadband
£30 + VAT / month
For projects with dependable fixed broadband and a wired Ethernet connection provided by the customer or site. BuildView does not supply or manage Wi-Fi on this plan.
BuildView-managed connectivity

For projects where BuildView supplies a managed router with local Wi-Fi access and uses LTE either as the main connection or as backup to suitable site broadband.
Partner prices exclude VAT. Physical installation, camera mounting, cabling, power and unusual site work are quoted separately.
Trade-led by design
Sell BuildView separately, include it in a premium project package or combine it with your own client reporting. BuildView does not dictate the price you charge your customer.

These charges cover the BuildView account, project setup and standard managed-kit allocation. They do not include physical removal, installation or cabling.

Between projects
Where equipment is waiting for the next project, the account can remain on hold for a maximum of three months at half the normal monthly price: £15 + VAT for broadband or £25 + VAT for managed connectivity.
The £80 + VAT existing-kit transfer price applies only where the hold subscription has been maintained. After three months, the relevant new-project setup price applies.
After completion
Portal access to the completed project remains included for 60 days. Continued access can then be retained for £5 + VAT per month.
The customer account remains open even when one individual project has finished.
BuildView Security
Security is available on the managed-connectivity plan. It uses the same professional camera system and adds customer live view and recorded playback without turning BuildView into a staffed monitoring service.

For substantial homebuilding or renovation projects using customer-provided fixed broadband through a wired Ethernet connection. Site Wi-Fi is not included.
Managed connectivity with Wi-Fi
£119 including VAT / month
Includes a BuildView-managed router with local Wi-Fi access and LTE as the primary connection. The same managed plan can also use suitable fixed broadband with LTE backup.
Homeowner prices include VAT. Initial setup, physical installation, extra cameras and optional Security are quoted for the individual site. Direct Security starts at £25 per month including VAT.
Installation is separate
Camera positioning, mounting, cabling, power, access equipment and commissioning vary significantly between projects and are not included in the platform or onboarding prices.
Standard commercial term
The initial service period is collected in advance. Project-specific exceptions or customer-owned equipment arrangements are confirmed in the quotation.
